I had a wonder foo time drinking last night... But acid was rather boring since the live band was not there and they were celebrating something like a first year anniversary and had djs spinning for the first time. Something called Pop.My.Cherry... a 5 females DJ team, there were eye candy and drum n bass. But still, my main purpose there was for the live band ~~~~ *Sulks*
Thus followed my colleague to ChinaBlack(*gasp* Why is cow goin to ChinaBlack !) As predicted, when I reached there, I felt super old. Low girl count and very high influx of males, I couldn't help but wonder, where are all those sweet young things? I ended up wriggling on my spot sipping fruitpunch. Yes, fruitpunch. But it was rather nice. LOL. Before you go thinking, "Wtf? Cow? No alcohol?" Hold that thought. I had around 5 - 6 Martell mixers and a weird concoction given to me by my friend. I met my squadmate there ! My beloved squadmate had a wonderful time catching up, drinking and dancing. lol. But by the time I had left, I was a cow on a rather high note. LOL. All thats left now is for my head to clear, maybe I'll find someone to watch Star Wars with me. I don't know. Maybe I should read a book. Maybe I should go for a stroll. Just maybe.

Gelare Gelare...

I just bought a new gfx card, GeForce FX 5200 256mb for... $105. Can't really say bargain since it's an Inno3d OEM... but still. LOL. I've also watched The Jacket and I must say, it's a rather disturbing movie concerning the mind of a "supposed" psycho. Theres a twist in the story, but I'd recommend it only for those who appreciate shows like Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Still. It was enjoyable. And... I had Gelare twice ! ... lol. Sinful delights as someone might put it. Geez... the whipped cream and ice cream is enough to last me for a couple of weeks ! LOL.
Anyway,
Heres a little something I received from my colleague... Consider it a moment of laughter. Especially for the ladies. LOL.

Suddenly, the man realized that the next day, he would need his wife to wake him at 5:00 AM for an early morning business flight. Not wanting to be the first to break the silence (and LOSE), he wrote on a piece of paper, "Please wake me at 5:00 AM." He left it where he knew she would find it.
The next morning, the man awoke, only to discover it was 9:00 AM and he had missed his flight. Furious, he was about to go and see why his wife hadn't awakened him when he noticed a piece of paper by the bed. The message on the paper read, "It is 5:00 AM. Wake up."
Men are not equipped for these kinds of contests.

I'm sick again.

... Yet another disappointing season for the Red Devils. 0 trophies won. I've also just witnessed one of the worst games that Arse-nal stole from them. Call me a sore loser, but it was blatant that Man Utd had the best performance in the game. I ain't no beginner Man Utd supporter, mind you. From the early days of Gary Pallister, Brian McClair, Stever Bruce and perhaps even to the Munich aircrash that destroyed the Legendary Bugsy Babes. I admit that how I came about supporting them was really the typical follow-the-winner, but still. I did my homework. My blood flows with the Red Devils. They have been an integral part of my passion for soccer. But... I can foresee the downfall pretty soon. No thanks a certain Mr Malcolm Grazier(However you spell the name). He underestimated the power of the fans. They will show him one day... He does not know the essence of the game. The beauty, the passion that fuels many fans and this will inevidently take its toll soon enough. We shall see... we shall see. But whatever happens, as the saying goes, Once a Red Devil, forever a Red Devil...
Anyway,
Work seemed to pass pretty fast today... but sadly, I don't know why, maybe it's cause of the sudden change in temperature, I had this sudden migrane that attacked me. It caused me to be in a "steam konek" state with a couple of hours work left... Thankfully for my colleagues who were there for me I managed to pull thru... But when I returned back to my office, I was in "Fully steamed konek" mode and as a bonus, I had a running temperature! Miserable, feeling like crap, I was shivering in my office and sleeping on my workstation. Yes, you heard me, on my workstation. Picture a crumpled shrimp. Ok, picture a crumpled shrimp on a table. ... There you go. But I managed to pop a couple of panadols before leaving for home. Hopefully, I'll be able to make it to work tomorrow. Dont' really wanna throw MCs when my most fucking "beloved" supervisor is away. ... Bah... Come what may.
Anyway,
I had a sms conversation with my friend and I told her that I could really use some company just now when I was feeling totally miserable. She told me that it happens when one feels like this. I wondered to myself. Whom did I really want next to me at that moment? *ponders* Could it anyone of my buddies, colleagues, family members? Or rather, just by my loneself. Could it be there was only a certain someone that I really wanted to see at that moment? I don't know. All I know is, when I punched that sms, the first number that came to mind was that number. Something strange? I don't know... There's something about me that I can't comprehend. Why is it when I think that someone knows me, I'll suddenly reveal another side of me that will totally shock the other party? Or rather, confuse the other party and they'll have no idea wtf I'm trying to achieve/behave/react. Is it cause... I haven't really understood myself yet?

What goes around, comes around.

Slept in for the whole of today... Haven't had such a long sleep since... I don't even remember when...
Went to mel's final year presentation yesterday with gib... Rather enjoyed what we saw... Especially a particular booth which was exhibiting on binge drinking... LOL. After that I brought them to Secret Garden for some dinner before heading over to PF3 for a couple of quick rounds while waiting for mel. Once she'd dropped by, we headed over to gib's for a round of... mahjong!!! LOL. Well... I guess my luck changed for the better last night, won overall at the end of the game... Then we walked over to 85 for some supper and my colleague joined us there. En route to 85, we walked past block 83 of Bedok North. It's an abandoned block apparently... The whole block was in total darkness... totally spooky, perfect blairbitch witch stuff. Mel tried to take some pictures of the block but sadly, the lightning was not enough. If you ever go to 85 for supper, try to look for 83, you'll never know what you might find...
Anyway,
After my colleague joined us, a sudden idea of ktv popped into our minds... and so off we went, to rally troops and ended up at Kbox Cine and sang our hearts out till 530am. Reached home around 630am and slept like a log till evening time... I'm still pretty stoned out and yes, I'm missing out on Re-percussions by Heineken/A bday celebration at caesars and it sucks. Argh. Totally. So I'm going to bed early since I've got work tomorrow morning. ... Crap.

I officially declare that I've been on a losing streak since last year or more... No more luck whenever the situation depends on it. Then again, I've never been known as the "lucky" one. I've played mahjong as the "Santa Claus" and have been dishing out my moolah as presents. To comfort myself, I call it aiding thefund. Bah. Crap. I'm jsut another sore loser trying to find excuses for myself. Geez. I hate myself sometimes.

Did a little illegal shopping during work... Spotted this cute little thing I had to grab. Since I've been looking for something like this like, forever. Call me childish. I don't give a hoot's ass mofo! Ha ha ha. I'm so fucking lame.

祝天下的妈妈母亲节快乐.
I had so much fun with mine. It was full of entertainement. I... I shall not carry on with this lie anymore. so lame. I was working. Yes. Working. From 3pm to 11pm. I was standing like a tree rooted to the ground performing some shitass duty. ... I could only look while other people were enjoying their sumptuous dinner. Whatever. I'll bring my mom out another day for belated celebrations. Well, as the saying goes, "If you really have heart, everyday can be ____ [insert celebration title here]____" The line is rather cliche, but still. It works.
I saw Eileen Wee today ! Surprisingly, she was at the event where I was working at. What a babe man. Sometimes the camera do no justice to how you really look like. Ogled at her non-stop... I think she caught a glance at me too ! Teeheehee! (She could have been just looking for the exit... whatever. [-_-] )
Anyway,
Went out drinking with amao the day before... (I mixed up a supposed dinner "date" with a someone... -_- My bad for not confirming.) Ended up dragging mao to do what we brothers do best. Drink. LOL. Drank a San Miguel when I met him at border's bistro then went down to Terraza(Is this how you spell it?) Had some really spicy pizza then sua tior to Alleybar. Tried to go in Ice Cold Beer at first and guess what, we got thrown out.
"Sorry, age limit is 25."
Wtf? The best part is that mao had dropped by the place a couple of days ago and the waitress was the same one that served him ! So whatever. Sat outside of Alleys while we waited for his friends to arrive. Downed 3 pints of Hoegaarden before we decided to leave. Bumped into my ex-colleague who's working as a bartender at Preludge. Tried to enter Rouge but dumb butt crack mao had to be in his slippers. Blah blah blah. Had a Heineken there before leaving for... Caesars. The temptation of Chivas is always too great. Hah. Nearly wasted ourselves there over a game of... Kings. A game for drinking invented by drinkers for senseless drinking. LOL. Mao puked(In the toilet of course) and he continued to drink thereafter ! 6 people, 2 didn't drink, 2 games of Kings and 1 bottle of Chivas later... We were pretty sober(I think.) when we left. When I reached home, oh boy... nearly instant KO. Die die also had to drag my ass to bed... I wouldn't like the idea of waking up on my living room floor. But strange enough, I was much sober after a couple of fags. Managed to bathe and turn on the tv before knocking out(So much for sober). LOL.
Oh well. Here's a little something I got from my friend's blog. Remember the post about the song 屋顶? This is a case of bad pronounciation gone really wrong. LOL. I admire this guy's patience for translating the whole song. lol ! Listen to it, here !
Fuck ! Oasis has a new album ! Don't Believe the Truth. Chee bye ! Must buy ! I'm an Oasis junkie. :D~

a blogger's frustration.

As I mentioned earlier, I was in a very eager state to blog... however, after a couple hours of talking cock and a near overdose of teh cino... my inspiration became pespiration and flowed out of me. Once again, my mind's a blank. I will try a feeble attempt to jot some shit down. But before that... a little pictorial of what transpired for the past 3 hours or so...
My simple dinner consisting of 2 kosongs, 1 telur, 1 teh cino.
The aftermath. I ended up drinking 3 teh cinos(such a sinful delight.) and putting on an extra kg or two. lol.
The look of a satisfied man and what meal isn't complete without a fag thereafter?
(I think I look constipated. ROFL.)
Anyway,
Was enjoying my smoke when I noticed this machine that was next to my table. It's those coin operated musical chairs that almost nearly everyone around my age would have sat in when they were a kid.
A pathetic Vespa imitation but still.
Couldn't resist taking a picture as I remembered the good old days. When your parent wanted to buy that 4D or Toto which they had such a strong feeling it would strike, they would leave you on this machine for a quick spin while they went to satisfy their urge. (That didn't really come out right but whatever.) I still remember the retro designs that they used to have, what ultraman la, car la, spaceship la... etc etc. The corny music would keep any innocent 3 year old mesmerized for that two minutes before everything came to a sudden halt. Oh well... childhood. -_-"
Anyway,
Was discussing with my friend how boring a blog can get sometimes. With nothing much in my mind to start off, I could spend hours thinking about what to blog about. Current political issues? (Nah, can't really talk about that. hush hush for me.) Current social issues? (I don't really give a shit to what's happening around in Singapore.) I would only write about what I'd like to talk about. To explain that in layman's term, "Lim peh blog what Lim peh likes." Afterall, I only expect my friends to be reading this.
But I don't really think people would like to read my blog in the way I speak. E.G.
Excerpt from one of my daily conversations:
Me: *Ring* *Ring*
Friend A: Hello?
Me: Yo. Got plans?
Friend A: No leh. You?
Me: Pa pool ai mai?
Friend A: Dun wan la... so sian... everytime pa pool.
Me: Mai knn la cb. Eng siu me abit can?
Friend A: Why not go somewhere else instead?
Me: Cb la. Can go where. Drink?
Friend A: Caesars?
Me: Tsk. Fuck. Ok. Lets go drink instead. Knn.
Friend A: ^^
There you have it. My conversations either mention about pool, mahjong, ktv or drink. It can only be these few options. What else to do in almighty Singapore? (I have the feeling I'm writting tons of nonsense. Fuck it. Whatever.) So if anyone feels the sudden urge to do the above mentioned, feel free to call me. Provided I'm free, maybe I can eng siu abit. lol.
K, now the teh cino overdose is kicking in. I'm having a sudden shit attack. Time to hit the toilet bowl. Hopefully the next time I blog would be of some entertainment value.
P/S: I wana send my congrats to a friend of mine who has 3 good things to celebrate about today. Have fun with your new found work and I wan Haagen Daaz ! :D~

I'm having this sudden urge to blog. But... I've realised I can't come up with any thought provoking entries. And, I guess it's pretty boring to peruse through my blog with almost all my entries relating to my emotions and "hopeless lomantick" thoughts. wtf. Bah. I shall feed myself first, then decide on what to blabber about. Be back in awhile ! from Simpang ! :D~

PS2 GALOR !

PS2 Updates...
I am currently gaming on...
Fifa Street - Fun fun ! Non-stop action of soccer, street style. Pull up tricks you've never seen before ! Make monkeys outta your opponents and score with class ! Rule the streets and show everyone what you are made of.
Winning Eleven 8 Liveware Evolution - King supreme of all soccer games. Period. If you own a PS2 and call yourself a soccer fan, shame on you if you don't own this.
God of War - Haven't really tried this yet. My friend who came over played like 10mins of it. I must admit, given the rave reviews and the brief display, this certainly looks promising. Fantastic graphics can keep you hooked.
GTA : San Andreas - Same high level of interaction. Same sadistic fun.
Games that are currently waiting for me to complete...
FFX-2 - I'm stuck at the secret 100 level dungeon. This really can kill me. LOL. I'm at level 40+?
Metal Gear Solid 3 - Snake Eater - It's a cult classic. I love this game. Tactical espionage at it's best.
Tony Hawk Underground 2 - I love all the Tony Hawk series. A definately must get for skateboarding fans !
